We specialize in cycling and related strength training. We offer evidence-backed nutritional advice, flexibility instruction, and guidance for seniors. Together, these create a strong, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle that improves mobility and balance.

Our proprietary Σxigma Fit training and Pedalgogy cycling instruction programs, group Rise & Thrive classes, and proven nutritional guidance get results. We offer cost-effective in-person cycling training, hybrid cycling-strength-flexibility training, and online training for individuals and groups. We also create challenge programs for organizations.
Our lead trainer has half a century of experience in wrestling, cycling, and strength training. Ron won wrestling titles, cycled competitively, was a partner in Nature’s Warehouse Health Food Stores, raced triathlons, boxed as an amateur, and joined the elite 2000-pound raw powerlifting club in the nineties. He has endured major injuries from cycling and beat cancer. He knows the physical and psychological components of training after injury and illness.
With 50 years of experience, a BAS in Sports Management, and Certification by the American College of Sports Medicine, Ron has the know-how, understanding, empathy, and commitment to coach and support you to be your best self.
