Program Price List

Workout Smarter, Not Harder...Cost-effectively!

We offer cycling and strength programs designed to fit your lifestyle and budget, and we want to help as many of you as possible by keeping costs low. However, personal training requires more time commitment from both the client and trainer during the onboarding and early phases; therefore, we limit the total number of new clients per month through our application process. This enables us to maximize client results and optimize trainer time.

Annual Cycling Training Plan

$377 yr. / $34 mo.

Perfect for the motivated cyclist looking to improve strength and speed. Designed to give you the blueprint for success without the high cost of one-on-one coaching. You get an annual training plan (ATP) with just the right amount of guidance and support to keep you on track. Includes Initial Consultation, Ride Assessment, Custom Training Calendar, Core Strength plan, Program Guide, and monthly check-in/updates.

Annual Strength Training Program

$233 yr. / $21 mo.

Redefine what you're capable of with our annual strength plan rooted in FiTT-VP principles, powerlifting, and strength-to-weight ratio. This is about more than just lifting heavy; it's about lifting intelligently, maximizing your power relative to your body mass. Includes a full year of periodized training cycles designed to progressively overload your muscles and build a foundation of absolute strength. Focuses on technique, prioritizing biomechanics and proper form.

Pedalgogy - Study the Science of Cycling

$144 yr. / $13 mo.

This comprehensive cycling training course is designed for beginner to intermediate cyclists looking to elevate their performance by mastering key components of bike fit, breathing, cadence, aerodynamics, gear choices, and nutrition. We go beyond the 'accumulating more miles' mantra and focus on the science and personalized application of training principles.

Participants get a data-driven training plan, with a refined physical and psychological approach to their training.

Functional Fitness Formula Program

$89 yr. / $8 mo.

Most clients tell us the same thing: "I want to get stronger and leaner," or some form of that ambition. The good news... it is simple; the challenge is staying focused, getting the right guidance, and having the real support you need along your journey. Our Σxigma formula works efficiently to get results when paired with the guidance and support you need.

Hobo Loco Bike Touring / Bike packing Course

$55 yr. / $5 mo.

Tired of the same old weekend route? Ready to trade the indoor trainer for some open road? Our bike touring, bike packing, and randoneuring orientations and updates are an indispensable, zero-fluff resource for transforming from a weekend warrior to a two-wheeled explorer. 

Review & Audit

$34 yr. / $3 mo.

Pros don't go it alone. The very best, although already highly accomplished,  know the value of an independent review and training audit. A once-a-year or every periodization phase review can be the difference between wasting time and energy and maximizing results. 

All programs require an application, confidential health history questionnaire, and PAR-Q before beginning. Pricing is for assessment, consultation, training, support and check-ins. Any additional apps, services or supplements are billed separately.
